I love my babies so stinken much. They are so fun and cute and perfect! Both June and Jet have grown so much in the last few months, it's crazy. Time is flying by so fast and I'm trying to take as many pictures as I can and just enjoy every minute with these beautiful children that God has blessed me with. Sometimes I just look at them and think about how much I love them, and then I realize that they are not mine but they are Heavenly Father's and He is allowing me this opportunity to have their sweet spirits in my home. He must think that I am someone special to give me such perfect babies. It's amazing the impact I have on them as well. Jet is such a sponge these days and copies everything that Dane and I say... which isn't always a good thing. He's been saying funny phrases like, "You've gotta be kidding," "What are you talking about?" and "Oh man!" Jet's favorite part of the day is probably night time as we are getting ready for bed because Dane and I give him tons of attention and smother him with love. Dane usually reads him a book (I used to do it, but Dane took over once June was born and Jet LOVES his daddy for doing this), then I join them for family prayer and kisses/hugs. Then I sing to Jet (sometimes Dane joins in which is awesome because he always makes up the best songs) and the songs are either primary songs or songs that are made up on the spot. They're usually about tigers, sharks, lions, frogs, robots, the hulk, or batman. I'm not gonna lie... I'm getting pretty good. :)
June is growing so fast as well and is such a beautiful young lady. hehe, she's still only 5 1/2 months. But she really is such a doll and whenever I take her out I get so many compliments about how she is such a cute and pretty baby girl. She smiles and coos a lot, even though she is teething. Her two bottom teeth are both about to surface at any moment. Although her teething is accompanied by a lot of drool and some fussiness, most of the time she is a very content baby and makes some of the cutest faces I have ever seen.
In a month when I go to Utah for Robbie's wedding, I'm gonna take June to a photographer named Skye Johansen who is super duper talented and takes the cutest baby pictures I have ever seen. She is seriously making me want to become a photographer. Once I get her pictures back I will for sure post them on here.
Before I go though, I just want to mention the most important person in my life: Dane. He works so hard so that I can be home with my babies all day to smother them with kisses and love. If it weren't for him then I wouldn't be able to do what I do. He is amazing and so supportive and helpful and awesome. I'm not trying to brag but I seriously have the best husband. He makes my life perfect.
